What you have to do
- Make sure the product you are clicking on buy it now, is the actually the same product as yours, if you can’t find your product please feel free to contact us.
- Make sure you package the unit properly with the required packaging material and send to us via tracking postal method.
- Once we receive your unit we will first carry out the required tests just to make sure the unit is at fault, once we’ve identified the issue we will then repair the unit and post via 24 hour tracking post.
Our current turnaround time is approximately 2 – 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). This can take longer depending how much work is required.
If you are sending a component for testing from outside the EU (European Union) we will not accept any package that incurs customs duty, please make sure all import duties are paid for, or contact us for more information.
