This ABS pump is a very common fault for the Fiat Ducato built between 2011 and 2014. When the ABS pump fails it will cause the speedometer to completely fail along with warning messages on the instrument cluster for ‘ABS unavailable’ and ‘EBD Failure’, this will also cause the Engine Management light to illuminate at the same time. The vehicle may also go into ‘Limp Mode’, restricting the power output of the engine.
